In all truth, there is not much else we really do.  We go by our daily routines until we return to the earth in the end.  Granted, there are some more than others that know how to actually live their life with meaning, but really what it all comes down to is the complex structure of carbons, oxygen, etc. that each human being is composed of.  The one thing that sets us apart from any other animal is our ability to think freely.  Aside from that, we are no better than a mouse.
